A Star in Waiting

We heard her first in a gaggle of hopefuls. She stood out as a bright light in a fog of ordinariness.  Our feet were less damp as a result.

She came to lunch and sang just for us and lit up the room. Strong steady resolute and full of charm and sensitivity.

Do not miss, even dream about missing, this night of magic. For fourteen years we have searched out and promoted the Stars of Tomorrow and brought them to you. We have never had a French soprano in our list of hopefuls.  Brits, Swedes, Danes, Aussies, New Zealanders and South Africans but none as lyrical as Anne.

She will sing songs and arias that will make you sigh, smile and weep. We will provide intermission and after-the-show drinks that will further lift your spirits.

Another innovation: the wonderful Pezenas artist Diana White has designed a poster for Anne’s recital. Diana will be at the show and will have signed copies of her Dufy inspired poster on art-quality paper available for you to buy as a memento.
